The Way

A place so beautiful.
Every time I am here it looks different.
As if someone embellished it just for me.
I somehow feel it was waiting for my one gaze to fall on it.
As I cast my eyes on it,I feel it shying away.
As I move around I feel its blushing.
It smiles my smile.
Every single time I look at it, it looks new altogether.
Yet something tells me its the same place.
don't know what.
I know not the way to this place.
Yet I happen to come here so often.
Every time I feel You,
I am magically transported to this lovely place.
You are the way to this place called Bliss in my Mind.

My thousandth man !

Archer's book Prison Diary-II is a good read., Its here I came across Rudyard Kipling's marvellous poem " Thousandth Man" .As I read on,even before I could  finish reading I knew who  that thousandth person of my life was,my papa,my thousandth man!

Here is the poem:

Thousandth Man

One man in a thousand, Solomon says,
Will stick more close than a brother.
And it's worth while seeking him half your days
If you find him before the other.
Nine nundred and ninety-nine depend
On what the world sees in you,
But the Thousandth man will stand your friend
With the whole round world agin you.

'Tis neither promise nor prayer nor show
Will settle the finding for 'ee.
Nine hundred and ninety-nine of 'em go
By your looks, or your acts, or your glory.
But if he finds you and you find him.
The rest of the world don't matter;
For the Thousandth Man will sink or swim
With you in any water.

You can use his purse with no more talk
Than he uses yours for his spendings,
And laugh and meet in your daily walk
As though there had been no lendings.
Nine hundred and ninety-nine of 'em call
For silver and gold in their dealings;
But the Thousandth Man h's worth 'em all,
Because you can show him your feelings.

His wrong's your wrong, and his right's your right,
In season or out of season.
Stand up and back it in all men's sight --
With that for your only reason!
Nine hundred and ninety-nine can't bide
The shame or mocking or laughter,
But the Thousandth Man will stand by your side
To the gallows-foot -- and after!

-Rudyard Kipling

Who else would have stood by me yesterday,who still stands by me today and will stand stand by me like this for years and years to come,unto my death.My dad ofcourse,my thousandth man indeed!

Wise men have said, " All that changes is untruth".What else is then ,the biggest truth of my life,that which doesn't change at all, my dad's love!

Thousands love to my papa.

ONLY YOU

Added a few things,now it looks like this:

You shed my wearings one after the other,
You shed my fear,
You shed my grief,
You shed my envy,
You shed my hate,
Of all,you shed my ignorance,
You shed it all;
Your warm lips rested on mine..
Somehow your love magically broke away all the sensual barriers and made your way to my bare being, my naked soul..
I lay there devoid of any adornment,my mind and heart lay there devoid of anything,niether grief nor joy,niether love nor hate,it lay there bare and still;
My soul lay there in its absolute form..somehow you un-earthed the most pristine form of my being from my mortal body;
But for you I wouldn't have ever known myself;somehow you did it,you alone could do it.
All my life I had been a wanderer,not knowing why and where I was heading,
In You I found my peace;
My quest ended in You,
You are my reason,my only reason,
You are all my reasons;
Yes,You shed my ignorance and enlightened me...
There I lay peacefully,devoid of any feeling,nothing at all;
You occupied so gracefully every iota of my vacuum;
Your every caress was imprinted on my soul,
Your every kiss on my body was a star on my soul...
You melted away into me,I melted away into you,I know not what emerged out of it
Your world melted way into mine,
You were I & I were you, both were one.
But that was a dream,only a dream.
Peace!!!

If remembering someone is a joyous pain, then that someone is internalized in you, is a part of your existence, can never be separated from you; Lives with you perishes with you.

“I cannot exist without you - I am forgetful of every thing but seeing you again - my Life seems to stop there - I see no further. You have absorb'd me. I have a sensation at the present moment as though I were dissolving... I have been astonished that Men could die Martyrs for religion - I have shudder'd at it - I shudder no more - I could be martyr'd for my Religion - Love is my religion - I could die for that - I could die for you. My creed is Love and you are its only tenet - You have ravish'd me away by a Power I cannot resist.” -
John Keats in a letter to his love.

What more !Love is divinity!

Muhammad Ali

Ann Curry:This man has committed himself in a way most people don’t fully realize. I think it’s hard to quantify humanitarian impact. You win a title, and they give you a fancy belt and your name up in lights. When you make children less hungry, when you ease suffering, when you make people less afraid, when you increase equality in the world, there’s not as much fanfare or attention, but the impact actually is deeper and long lasting. I'm here to say that and stand up for him on his 70th birthday
